How does it work?

This item is made to order and usually takes 2-4 weeks to make. If your item is made sooner you will be contacted directly.

Please note,  If you are purchasing the matching set you will get a discount of £15 off of your order. You won't be able to add any addittional discounts in conjunctionwith the existing offer.

This item comes gift wrapped at no extra cost with an added polishing cloth to keep your jewellery always sparkling.

DELIVERY

All products are made to order and usually take between 2-4 weeks to make. Once your piece is ready to be shipped, you will get a confirmation email along with a tracking number. We offer free UK Delivery, this usually takes anywhere between 3-4 days to arrive once dispatched. Sent by Royail Mail Tracked.

Delivery to Europe usually takes 8-10 days to arrive once dispached. Sent by Royail Mail standard delivery. Please see shipping rate at checkout.

Please note the customer is responsible for any duty or customs charges. Also we can not control any delays caused by customs or your country's postal services.

If you need your piece of jewellery in time for a special occasion or by a certain date please ensure you communicate this with us before you order to make sure we can accomadate this for you.

RETURNS

As every item is bespoke & made to order specificly to you, this item is non refundable. With that being said if there is any issue with your piece of jewellery please don't hesitate to contact us. Please ensure that you pick the correct size when ordering our bespoke rings as there will be a small charge if it needs to be resized.
