Every item is made to order by Ava in England, this means

when an item is purchased please allow between 3-4 weeks to be made. All orders are packaged in MonAvart's bespoke packaging unless stated otherwise by the customer.

All products remain property of MonAvart jewellery until full payment is made. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognised before confirming the purchase. Payments can be made either through Stripe or PayPal. Stripe accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Once your handmade item is complete MonAvart will send you a confirmation email when your package has been posted.

Delivery to the UK usually takes anywhere between 3-5 days to arrive once dispatched. Sent by Royal Mail Tracked. FREE UK delivery, for delivery else where please see shipping rate at checkout. Any delays within Royal Mails postal service is completely out of our hands. If you did want your parcel to arrive as soon as possible, please use the royal mail guaranteed by 1pm service, however if parcel does not arrive next day MonAvart is not held responsible. Please contact Royal Mail.

Please select the correct postage as there are specific ones for gift cards and the ring sizers ONLY. If your order is placed for a bespoke piece of jewellery however you have chosen the incorrect shipping as the ones mentioned above, you will be fully refunded and asked to re place your order using the correct delivery service.

Please ensure you provide MonAvart with your correct current address at checkout as MonAvart will not be held responsible for any incorrect address provided. If this happens a refund is not guaranteed, with that being said we will always do our hardest to help you.

Please note customers are responsible for any sales taxes, import duties or other import costs.

As every item is bespoke & made to order specifically to you it is non refundable. However if there is a problem with your piece we will go above and beyond to resolve the issue. Please ensure that you pick the correct size when ordering from our bespoke rings as there will be a small charge if it needs to be resized. If you need help with finding out your ring size, then please don't hesitate to email us at mymonavart@gmail.com.

Unfortunately we also cannot accept returns of earrings unless your product arrives faulty. This is a for hygiene reasons and does not affect your statutory rights.

Orders must be cancelled or amended within a 24 hour period, please contact us directly on mymonavart@gmail.com within this 24hr window to cancel your order.

Please note, that after the 24hr period you will not be able to cancel your order as the process of making your bespoke piece would of started.

Our MonAvart Gift cards make the perfect gift! Choose from either a Digital or Physical Gift Card and we'll take care of the rest.

They are available starting from £15.

Please note that this Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash or credit for the value of the gift card.

All gift cards are valid for 12 months.

Gift Cards cannot be purchased with any promotions or discount codes.

You will be given your very own unique code to add to the "promo code" section at checkout, once you have filled that out select "Apply"

The value of your gift card will then be taken off the final price of the item.

If the value of the item purchased is less than the total value of the Gift Card, you will be able to can re-enter the same unique code on another occasion to redeem the remaining balance on your Gift Card within your 12 month period.

However if the value of the items purchased online is more than the total value of the Gift Card, you will need to pay the remaining balance either by credit / debit card or PayPal.

Prices for our products are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product. If you purchase a product at full price & then it gets discounted at any point. MonAvart is not liable to refund you the difference amount.

When any giveaways happen over on our instagram, the rules will be laid out for you. Those who have followed all rules will be put into the random draw. The winner will then be announced on our official instagram account (@monavart) and the winner must claim there prize within a 5 month period. Failed to do so will result in the prize being terminated.
